How the split works

MR DGN Developers builds homes in Abuja and Mansa Luxe sells them, and we also list properties for other owners and agents. The agency fee is the same 5% either way, but the partner agent's share depends on the listing, and each property page states it. The fee is paid by whoever hired the agent: on homes MR DGN Developers owns, a buyer who comes to us directly pays no agency fee on top of the asking price.

• Full-fee listings, including every home MR DGN Developers owns: the agent who brings the buyer earns the full 5%, guaranteed and paid on completion.
• All other listings: the introducing agent earns 3% and Mansa Luxe keeps 2% for connecting the parties.
• Register your buyer with us before the first inspection so the introduction is credited to you.

What buyers should ask any agent

Commission confusion damages trust. Before a deal moves far, get clear answers in writing.

• Who is representing the seller, and who is representing me?
• What agency fee applies, and when is it paid?
• Is it written into the agreement?
• Is the agent telling me to use my own property lawyer?

Agency fee is not the only cost
