What we are marketing in Katampe Extension now (asking prices, 27 October 2026)

• 5-bedroom detached duplex carcass: asking ₦400,000,000, slightly negotiable (reduced from ₦450,000,000). How Katampe Extension prices have moved

Five-bedroom fully detached duplexes in mini estates here were selling at around ₦700 million last year. Similar finished homes now ask around ₦900 million to ₦1 billion, with asking prices of ₦850 million and ₦1 billion also being seen. These are asking prices we have seen, not sale prices.
