What does it cost to sell through you?

The agency fee is 5% of the sale price, paid on completion. There are no upfront or marketing fees: we pay for the filming and the advertising.

Who pays the agency fee?

Whoever hired the agent. If you hire us and we bring the buyer, you pay the fee, or you and the buyer can agree to split it. If the buyer has their own agent and you have yours, each pays their own, or the fee is shared between the two agents.

Do I have to sell only through you?

What do you need from me before you list?

We inspect the property, confirm its documents, and agree the terms with you. Then it goes on the market.

How do you set the price?

From recent sales in the same area. If you want a formal valuation, we arrange one by a registered valuer.

What marketing will my property get?

A listing on our website, a video of the property, paid advertising and an Instagram video. We handle it all and we pay for the filming.

How long will it take to sell?

It depends on the property. In our experience a sale can happen straight away or take about fifteen months; we aim to sell in under six.

Do you check that buyers are serious?

Yes. We want to see that a buyer is serious before we take up your time, and our lawyers provide documentation that shows it.

Can you also rent out my property, or manage it?

Yes. We can find you a buyer (5% agency fee) or a tenant (5% of the first year's rent, which the tenant pays). We also manage property, including for owners who live abroad; a property in Guzape is under our management now.

Do you handle the legal work?

We coordinate with your lawyer and the buyer's lawyer so that everyone is working from the same documents. We do not give legal advice.

I'm an agent - can I co-sell your listings?

Yes. We co-broke with independent agents: the agency fee is always 5% of the sale. On some listings, including every home MR DGN Developers owns, the agent who brings the buyer earns the full 5%, guaranteed and paid on completion.
