In our experience five-bedroom fully detached duplexes in mini estates in Katampe Extension sold at around ₦700 million last year. Similar finished homes now ask around ₦900 million to ₦1 billion; we have seen asking prices of ₦850 million and ₦1 billion. These are asking prices, not sale prices.
