Is Katampe Extension safe for a family?

It is officially a diplomatic zone in the Abuja master plan, and in our experience compounds here run their own armed security alongside police patrols in the neighbourhood. Your own inspection is still the best way to judge this for your family.

How far are schools and hospitals?

About 10 to 15 minutes to the Maitama/Wuse cluster for established private and international schools and for specialist hospital care, including the National Hospital. DEDA Hospital is local to Katampe Extension itself.

Is the home finished and move-in ready?

Yes. This is a fully finished standalone 5-bedroom detached mansion in its own gated compound, with a home office, a fully fitted kitchen (Bosch microwave, built-in oven, double-door fridge), bespoke Swiss Krono doors with magnetic locks, fitted closets, solar-powered water heaters, a smart home system and premium-quality finishing throughout.
