Mansa Luxe Realty Limited ("we", "our", "us") is a real estate company registered in Nigeria, part of the MR DGN Group. We sell and market property in Abuja and Asaba, and many of our buyers live outside Nigeria.

Information you give us. Your name, and a phone number or email address, when you submit an enquiry form. Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, on WhatsApp or on a call — for example the type of property you are looking for, or your budget.

If you sign up for new listings by email. Your name, your email address, the exact words you agreed to, when you agreed, and where on the site you signed up — so we can show that you asked for these emails.

Information collected automatically. If you agree to analytics or advertising cookies: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you move around a page. If you decline, we do not collect this.

We do not ask for, and do not want, financial details, identity documents or passwords through this website. Never send those to us by email or web form.

• To answer your enquiry and sell you a property. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
• To email you new listings, if you asked us to — about every two weeks. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in any of these emails or by contacting us, and we stop.
• To understand how the site is used and fix what is not working. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• To measure our advertising — which adverts lead to a genuine enquiry. Legal basis: your consent.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping for property transactions. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

These providers process data on our behalf. Those marked ✳ only run if you consent.

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Render, Neon — our application server and database, which store enquiries.
• Cloudinary — hosting of property photographs and video.
• YouTube (Google) — plays some of our property videos. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and it then uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
• Resend — sends our emails: replies to your enquiries and, if you asked for them, new listings.
• Google ✳ — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, for site measurement and advertising.
• Meta ✳ — the Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement on Facebook and Instagram.
• Microsoft ✳ — Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps.

We may also share information with our lawyers or other professional advisers where a transaction requires it, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.

We are based in Nigeria and our providers are largely in the United States and the European Union, so your data will be transferred outside your own country — including outside the UK and EEA.

Where we use providers outside the UK/EEA, those transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If you would like more detail on a specific provider, ask us.

Enquiry details are kept for up to three years from your last contact with us, so we can pick a conversation back up — buying property from abroad often takes a year or more. Where a sale completes, transaction records are kept for as long as Nigerian law requires.

If you signed up for new listings by email, we keep your name, email and the record of your consent until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address: on a do-not-email list, so we never email you by mistake, and in our record of which emails we have already sent.

Analytics and advertising data are kept according to each provider's own retention settings, typically 14 months or less.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• ask us to delete it
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
• ask us to transfer it to someone else
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it

This website is aimed at adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner.
