How the co-broke works
The agency fee on every Mansa Luxe sale is 5 percent. On some listings, including every home MR DGN Developers owns, the agent who brings the buyer earns the full 5 percent, guaranteed. On the others, the introducing agent earns 3 percent and Mansa Luxe keeps 2 percent for connecting the parties. Each property page says which applies. Commission is paid on successful completion.

We prefer agents who bring real buyers, respect document verification and do not pressure buyers to pay before inspection. The goal is a clean transaction that protects the buyer, seller and agents.
