Question 1

Can I resell my property after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can resell your property at any time. We also help clients facilitate the resale process to make it as seamless as possible, including marketing and connecting you with qualified buyers.

Question 2

Are there payment plans available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Instalment payments are accepted, but there is no fixed plan. If you want to pay in instalments, you and the seller discuss it as a business deal and agree the dates and the price between you, and everything agreed is written into a contract that you both sign. Each plan is different, so we do not publish set terms.

Question 3

How do I make payments?

Accepted Answer

Payment goes to the owner of the property, into the business account named in your signed contract. It can be arranged in naira or in major foreign currencies, as the contract sets out. Check that the account name matches your contract before you transfer anything, and contact us if you want us to confirm the details for the property you have chosen.

Accepted Answer
