Who we are
Mansa Luxe Realty Limited was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 27 February 2024 (RC 7371477) and its status is active. Our office is in Asaba, Delta State, and we are opening an Abuja office soon.
We sell land and homes in Asaba and Abuja, and we have sold more than ten properties. Some of what we sell is built by our sister company, MR DGN Construction & Developers; we also take on properties from outside owners. How we work
No C of O, no sale
We will not sell a property without a Certificate of Occupancy. A power of attorney or a deed of allocation is not a substitute.
Your lawyer checks it
You receive copies of the documents, and your own lawyer runs the searches before you pay.
Inspect first
In person by appointment, or on a live video call if you are abroad.
Terms in a contract
Every purchase, including one paid in instalments, is set out in a contract that you and the seller both sign.
